ART. IV, SECTION 4. ELECTION
April 16, 2008 – 6:00 amMembers of the General Assembly shall be elected at the general election in even-numbered years. Members of the General Assembly shall be limited to serving a maximum of eight years or two terms of no longer than four years in each chamber during their lifetime.
