ART. II, SECTION 17. TERM LIMITS
April 7, 2008 – 6:09 amAny elected office established under this article for a unit of local government or a school board shall be subject to term limits. No person may serve for more than 2 terms of a maximum of 4 years. Any person appointed to a governing or oversight body created by a unit of local government shall be limited to serving a maximum of 2 terms of not more than 4 years in length.
